Road Runner email setup process

Are you facing difficulty in setting up the Road Runner email in your Android device? Follow the steps mentioned in this article and easily set up the email account on you Android mobile. It is recommended to configure the POP3 and SMTP manually for proper incoming and outgoing of the emails. • Click on Settings and then touch My Accounts. Select Add Account.
• Now select the email icon and enter the Road Runner email address and password.
• Uncheck the ‘Automatically configure account’ option and tap ‘Next’.
• Touch ‘General Settings’ and make the necessary changes and then click ‘Ok’ to exit.
• Select ‘Incoming Server’ and touch ‘POP3 mail server’.
• Enter the POP3 server as ‘pop-server.roadrunner.com’ or ‘pop-server.si.rr.com’. Port Number should be110. Now enter the username and password.
• Uncheck the ‘Use Secure server’ option and also uncheck ‘Verify certificate’. Touch ‘Ok’.
• Next select Outgoing server and enter the SMTP server as ‘mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com’.
• Uncheck the options ‘Use Secure server’ and ‘Verify certificate’.
• Enter Port number as 587 and touch ‘Ok’.
• Touch ‘Other Settings’ for the time messages and tap ‘Ok’.
• Select ‘Remove manually deleted emails from the server’ for deleting emails permanently from the account using the device.
• Now tap ‘Ok’ and you are done with the email settings.
